He was exposed to the transformative power of fitness during his time as an aspiring classical musician at Rice University. Chronic back pain and shoulder dysfunction prompted him to find solutions to fixing all types of pain — solutions which he now shares with his clients. What started as a way to mitigate pain became an obsession with not only building strength, but building the ultimate natural physique. Through modern and versatile training styles combined with science-backed workout methods, David helps his clients build muscle, lose body fat, and reach the physique of their dreams. In addition to muscle building and fat loss, David also specializes in injury prevention, body recomposition, balance, mobility, and posture/alignment. Sessions are held at One2One Training Center located at 6322 Richmond Ave. in Houston, TX. However, at-home or apartment training is also an option!
